We take our commitment to our customers very seriously. Those of you who have worked with us for many years will be used to receiving our feedback forms to enable clients to rate their experience of working with us.

Why do we do this? We work with thousands of customers – so sometimes it can be difficult to monitor every job that we complete. Also, our engineers regularly see our clients more than any other person with our company. They are the very public faces of our business.

Feedback allows us to get an in depth view of the performance of our staff. It allows us to identify trends as well as monitoring progress. Can we see areas where some staff may need extra training? Feedback helps us gauge this.

Ultimately, our aim is offer great service with every interaction between A&E employee and the customer. Did we communicate well? Did we arrive when we said we would. Did we explain everything to you clearly? Would you recommend us to others?

We don’t set out to be the cheapest company out there – we strongly believe that many customers have been with us for up to three decades because we care about their business and we respond quickly and promptly to their needs.
