A&E – A Family Run Business
Wikipedia’s definition of ‘family-run’ is “A commercial organisation in which decision-making is influenced by multiple generations of a family, related by blood or marriage or adoption, who has both the ability to influence the vision of the business and the willingness to use this ability to pursue distinctive goals”.
However, at A&E we think it means an awful lot more than that!
To us, ‘family-run’ means knowing you can depend on the people around you as though they were your own. It means starting early and finishing late, not because you HAVE to, but because you WANT to. It is the cumulative efforts of a community that bridge the gap between our customers feeling like they’re just a cog in a money-making machine, or a valued partner within an ever-growing labour of love.
A&E Fire and Security was established in 1965 by Graham Stallard. After being passed down to his son Dean Stallard, it is now run by managing Director, Ed Stallard. Though the company has progressed two-fold in the last couple of years, Ed believes whole-heartedly that while we are extending and progressing, we must always ensure the family feel remains.
We hope our customers feel as though they are treated with the same genuine standard that they were in 1965, and that A&E are, and will always be the team they choose to provide the most professional, high-standard and caring service around!
