  • Arrival General introductions, get to know your trainer for the day
  • Course Content 3 hours of training with a 15-minute break 
  • Hands-On Training A fun and interactive course that everybody will love with plenty of real-life examples to work through. This Fire Marshal & Warden Training course includes a live-fire practical demonstration of the use of portable fire extinguishers
  • Awards A&E will provide a certificate for everyone who completes the course

I had worked within the Gloucestershire Fire & Rescue service for 18 years and another 17 years within the Airport Fire service, before I decided to retire and become Fire Safety Trainer for A&E. My day to day includes either driving to different locations across the UK or carrying out Fire Training at our Cheltenham premises. My days are always varied due to changing location, as well as the different courses that I provide.

He has acquired the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 safe airside operations (Airports)
  • IQ level 3 Award in preparing to Teach in the lifelong Learning Sector (QCF)
  • Edexcel Level 3 Award in Assessing candidates in a range of methods
