Fire Protection Customer Service

The way that we interact with our customers is so important. First impressions count.

We take the time to establish, develop and build our relationships, developing trust and confidence to reassure you we are the professionals and are capable to deliver customer service you expect.

Our engineers introduce themselves by name and always explain clearly the work they have to do. We ask the customer if they have had any questions or queries with the work, would they like to walk around the site with us. We take the time to find out if they have they had any issues with the equipment since the last service. The most important thing for the customer is the engineer is polite, friendly, efficient and capable.
