January Round-Up
This month, we attended our first Careers Day to speak to the students at the Gloucestershire-based girls grammar school, Ribston Hall High.
Some of you will already know Amelia Wood, our service engineer who visited the school. She explains; “The perception still remains that engineering is for boys, but that’s just not the case. It’s important that girls understand their options. We need to get the message out there that engineering is for everyone.”
We regularly recruit assistant engineers and we are hoping to see an increase in the number of female applicants for the roles.
