Milo’s Movember Returns
“Following a 1 year Covid-19 hiatus, I am braving the cold weather with an “interesting” take on Movember. I will be sporting 4 moustaches around my head (including the usual place) representing the equatorial line around the globe. This is because this this disease is world wide.
I understand Movember was originally centred around prostate cancer, but cancer itself, has had an impact on everyone, male, female, adult and children in different ways. If I can help raise awareness and funds, I am happy to do so.
I have received tremendous support from my colleagues at work, family and friends, but massive kudos goes to Geoff, Jazz and Tom at Rebel Road Barbershop for their creative thinking and cutting.”
What Is Movember All About?
Movember was originally created as an annual event, where people grow moustaches to raise awareness of men’s health issues. This can include anything from prostate cancer to male suicide.
