King’s Walk Shopping Centre, located in the heart of Gloucester, has been a customer of ours for going on 5 years.

With regular servicing carried out 3-4 times a year, including; fire alarms, fire extinguishers and Dualcom annual monitoring, we can safely say that we have provided an excellent service that has encouraged Kingswalk to continue their relationship with us, time and again.

“Hi, my name is Tim Winterburn. I am the Operations Manager at Kingswalk in Gloucester.
Id like to take a few moments to talk to you about A&E Fire and Security. A&E have provided us with Fire Alarm maintenance and servicing for over 5 years. During that time, they’ve been fast, efficient and effective.

They have undertaken two major projects for us which, first, was replacing the whole of the Fire Alarm system and the second was installing a remote monitoring system when we went from 24hr security, down to 16hrs.
We have a regular engineer that attends site, so he’s fully aware of the site requirements and what our needs might be.
Because they’re local, their response to any issues is fast, and the whole team, from the director, down to the onsite engineers and the office team are effective, approachable and totally reliable.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending A&E. They’re just good at what they do”.
