Figure above: How an Alarm Monitoring Service for intruder or fire alarm systems works.
Many organisations have alarms systems, specific and suitable for the nature of their business. Yet, very few organisations are informed if their systems are activated.
If an alarm has been activated during working hours, it is audible for everyone to hear and there are measures in place to deal with this; assessment, evacuation and then the root cause of the activation is dealt with accordingly. So, how can you ensure you are protecting your premises and monitoring any activation that occurs outside of working hours?
Our Alarm Monitoring Service
We have competitive pricing structure on all monitoring products to provide our customers with a monitoring service that can provide them security and peace of mind.
Our signalling products and Alarm Receiving Centre operate and are manned 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. They are linked to all Fire and Police Services in the UK and in the event of an activation, will alert the appropriate emergency service or personnel if a confirmed activation occurs.
Upon activation of either your intruder alarm or fire alarm system our DualCom communicators signal over a phone line and our GSM network to a 24-hour Alarm Receiving Centre. Our connections would give specific instructions to an Alarm Receiving Centre for action to be taken on receipt of a signal.
An intruder or fire alarm system could be of little use without being made aware of when your alarm signals. Choosing an alarm monitoring service could be the difference in saving your property or even someone’s life.
